Services and project scope

Xcerebro offers AI agent resources and custom implementation services. Your written proposal or agreement establishes the deliverables, responsibilities, fees, installation milestone, and support included in your purchase. Website examples illustrate possibilities and are not a promise of specific financial or business results.

Accounts and authorized use

You must be authorized to provide the information and account access needed for your project. Use the services lawfully and in accordance with connected providers’ terms. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed before business decisions or external actions.

Payments

The Custom AI Agent purchase is $3,223.17 USD upfront for installation, plus $97 USD per month for support and upkeep, with the first monthly charge 30 days after purchase. Applicable tax is added at checkout and renewal. The monthly plan automatically renews until canceled, using the payment method authorized at checkout. Explicit acceptance of the recurring charges is required. This schedule applies to new purchases accepting these terms; it does not add a subscription to earlier one-time purchases. Payment unlocks installation scheduling; booking a call does not create an additional charge.

Managing monthly support

Cancel before the next renewal through Manage billing, using your purchase email, or email justjarviscrm@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current support period. Canceling within the first 30 days prevents the first $97 charge. It does not refund installation or remove your installation booking. Contact us for billing errors or refund requests. Third-party usage fees are separate unless included in your written project scope.

Refunds and cancellations

Once an agent is installed, the product is non-refundable, except where required by law. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and your project agreement before payment. The installation milestone must be defined in that agreement.

Appointments

Installation bookings require a verified purchase or valid personal invitation. Protect your invitation and use the provided confirmation links to manage your appointment. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are described in the cancellation policy.

Communications

Submitting an inquiry requests a response. Booking requests emails needed to manage that appointment. With your optional marketing opt-in, Just Jarvis LLC sends AI Cheat Codes and Xcerebro news, resources, and offers through the channel you select. Marketing email, marketing texts, and appointment texts each have separate choices. Marketing consent is not required to inquire, book, or buy. See SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers

Hosting, AI usage, messaging, video meetings, and payments may involve third-party services with their own terms and fees. Your implementation agreement should identify the relevant services and who is responsible for those costs.
