Two separate message programs

Appointment updates: With your optional permission, Xcerebro sends your appointment confirmation, Zoom join link, and reminders or schedule changes related to the call you booked.

Marketing: With a separate optional permission, Xcerebro (Just Jarvis LLC) sends AI news, resources, and offers, including AI Cheat Codes. Agreeing to appointment updates does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your consent

Consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox describing the specific program. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Marketing consent is not required to book or buy. You may inquire, pay, and receive booking information by email without agreeing to texts.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies by program and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to stop texts. This may stop both appointment and marketing texts from our sending number or messaging service. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or contact justjarviscrm@gmail.com. To change a booked appointment, use its reschedule or cancellation link; opting out of texts does not cancel your call.

Privacy

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process that data to deliver the messaging service. See the Privacy Policy.

Availability

Message delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. The sending number, provider configuration, and these program terms must be finalized before messaging is enabled.
